KRS 165A.992: Penalties.

Any person who violates KRS 165A.470, 165A.480, 165A.500, or 165A.505 shall be

fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300)

or be imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or bot h

fined and imprisoned for each offense.
