KRS 171.170: Department to cooperate with federal government.

The department shall cooperate, as required by the Acts of Congress providing federal

grants to states for library service, with the United States Commissioner of Education in

the administration of the provisions of such Acts, employ personnel and do all t hings

necessary to entitle the State of Kentucky to receive the benefits thereof.
