KRS 173.500: Board constitutes body corporate -- Name -- Officers -- Meetings --

Quorum.

Each board shall be a body corporate under the name and style of ".... Public Library

District Board of Trustees." The members shall, as soon as possible after their

appointment, organize by electing a president, a secretary, a treasurer, and other office rs

as deemed necessary, each to serve for a term of two (2) years and until a successor is

elected and qualified. The board shall meet on a regularly scheduled basis once each

month. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum.
