KRS 174.025: Office of Legal Services.

The executive director of the Office of Legal Services may also serve as general counsel

if so appointed pursuant to KRS 12.210. The Office of Legal Services shall be directly

responsible to the secretary and shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the

secretary. The office shall consist of such attorneys appointed pursuant to KRS 12.210

and such employees as necessary to perform the duties, responsibilities, and functions of

the office.
