KRS 175B.105: Conflict of interest for officers or employees of an authority.

Officers or employees of an authority shall not have any direct interest in the sale or

purchase of any project revenue bonds authorized by that authority. Violation of this

section shall be punishable by fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by

imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both.
