KRS 176.054: Obtaining trees to carry out KRS 176.053.

The Energy and Environment Cabinet shall furnish to the Department of Highways such

seedlings or young trees as the department may require, or as may be available. The

Department of Highways shall pay to the Energy and Environment Cabinet the reasonable

value thereof as may be agreed upon between such departments.
