KRS 177.260: Precedence of condemnation cases in courts.

Court proceedings necessary to acquire property or property rights for purposes of KRS

177.220 to 177.310 shall take precedence over all other causes not involving the public

interest in all courts, to the end that the provision of limited access facilitie s may be

expedited.
