KRS 178.240: Advertisement of special tax election -- Conduct of election.

(1) The fiscal court shall direct the sheriff to advertise the time and purpose of the

election and the amount of tax to be levied each year. The advertisement shall be

published pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.

(2) The election shall be held under the general election laws.
