KRS 178.385: Enforcement of order or judgment.

If any railroad company fails to comply with any order of the fiscal court issued under

authority of KRS 178.350 to 178.385 or with a final judgment of the Circuit Court or

Court of Appeals, the county through its fiscal court may cause to be instituted in the

Circuit Court of the county an action to compel compliance with the order by mandatory

process of the court.
