KRS 179.375: Acceptance of donations of roads and driveways to churches, cemeteries

and schools.

All counties may accept donations in fee to roads and driveways used by the public in

connection with churches, cemeteries and public school buildings. After such acce ptance

by any county, such roads and driveways shall become a part of the county road system

and may be constructed, reconstructed and maintained in accordance with existing law.
