KRS 180.100: Tolls to cease or be reduced when bonds are paid.

After any bonded indebtedness or lien incurred under the provisions of KRS 180.070 has

been fully discharged, the department may charge only such toll as it deems necessary to

pay the cost of some extraordinary casualty or calamity.
