KRS 180.140: Bonds to be advertised and sold to highest bidder.

(1) All bonds issued under the provisions of KRS 180.070 shall be sold to the highest

and best bidder after having been advertised.

(2) In advertising for bids for the bonds it shall not be necessary to state the exact face

amount of the bonds, if the conditi ons are stated upon which the face amount may

be determined prior to the delivery of the bonds.

(3) Bids may be invited at the same time for the bonds of more than one (1) bridge

project, and a bid may cover more than one (1) project.
