KRS 180.170: Department may contract to maintain bridges and not to alienate them.

The department may covenant in connection with any issue of bonds that as long as the

bonds are outstanding it will not sell, mortgage or make any other disposition of the

bridge property for which the bonds are issued and that it will maintain and continu ously

operate the bridge or bridges in the project for which the bonds are issued.
