KRS 180.250: KRS 180.020 to 180.240 not to conflict with federal laws or orders.

No bridge shall be built, purchased, or operated pursuant to KRS 180.020 to 180.240 nor

shall any bridge tolls be charged or collected on such bridges except so far as the same

may be consistent with any applicable Act of Congress or any legally authorized and

applicable order of any officer, commission, or board of government of the United States.
