KRS 180.274: Application of KRS 180.272 to 180.278.

The provisions of KRS 180.272 to 180.278 shall apply to any bridge or bridges

constructed by any agency, commission or administrative body of the Commonwealth of

Kentucky acting alone or in conjunction with any agency, commission or administrative

body of any other state, or the federal government.
