KRS 181.020: Construction and purchase of interstate bridges and tunnels.

All counties may purchase, construct, or reconstruct bridges over or tunnels under any

boundary line stream of this state, and may purchase or obtain by gift or otherwise

necessary approaches and other property from the adjoining state or subdivision there of

and from any person in the adjoining state.
