KRS 181.590: Powers of bridge commission.

The commission may:

(1) Establish bylaws, rules and regulations for its own government;

(2) Make and enter into all contracts or agreements necessary or incidental to the

performance of its duties and the execution of its powers; and

(3) Employ engineers, attorneys, and other nec essary employees, and fix their

compensation.
