KRS 181.680: Bonds to be paid from bridge revenues only.

(1) The principal and interest on the bonds shall be payable solely from the special fund

provided for their payment.

(2) The bonds shall contain a statement on their face that the city shall not be obligated

to pay the principal or interest thereon except from the revenues of the bridge.
