KRS 181.760: Commission to fix and collect bridge tolls.

The commission shall fix and collect tolls for transit over each bridge. The tolls shall be

adjusted, in respect of the aggregate of tolls from each bridge for which bonds are issued,

so as to provide a fund sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds, and to

provide an additional fund to pay the cost of maintaining, repairing and operating the

bridge, subject, however, to any applicable law or regulation of the United States.
