KRS 181.800: Commission may accept contributions.

(1) The commission may receive contributions of either money or property or other

things of value, to be held and applied for the purposes of KRS 181.560 to 181.840.

(2) The commission may enter into agreements with any adjoining state or any

subdivision ther eof, whereby such adjoining state or subdivision may contribute

either money or property to the cost of the construction, acquisition or the operation

and maintenance of any bridge connecting the city with the adjoining state.
