KRS 183.024: Rules and regulations.

Where this section sits in the code

The Transportation Cabinet may prescribe such rules and regulations, not inconsistent

with law, and may do all things reasonable or necessary to carry out the provisions of this

chapter and other statutes relating or incidental to the field of aeronautics.
