KRS 183.635: Procedure when city and county act jointly.

Where a city and county or governmental unit are acting jointly, any action contemplated

by KRS 183.630 to 183.740 to be taken by the legislative body or bodies of the

governmental unit, shall be taken by ordinance of such governmental unit.
