KRS 183.883: Appointment, promotion and compensation of personnel.

The airport board may provide for the appointment or promotion to the ranks and grades

and positions of the department such officers and civilians as are considered by the

airport board to be necessary for the efficient administration of the department. S uch

officers and civilians shall receive such compensation as shall be fixed and paid by the

board.
