KRS 186.017: Transportation Cabinet to establish fees relating to titling and registering

motor vehicles by administrative regulation.

The Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance

with KRS Chapter 13A to establish f ees to be paid to the cabinet and county clerks for

services provided in the process of titling and registering motor vehicles under this

chapter and KRS Chapter 186A.
