KRS 186.407: Annual report on identity document issuance.

(1) Beginning no later than October 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the cabinet shall

report to the Legislative Research Commission for referral to the Interim Joint

Committee on Transportation on identity document issuance at each regional

licensing office.

(2) The report required under subsection (1) of this section shall include the:

(a) Number of identity documents, by type, issued at each location;

(b) Total cost to operate the office; and

(c) Total receipts collected.
