KRS 186A.020: Cabinet authorized to promulgate administrative regulations and

institute programs.

The Transportation Cabinet shall have any and all necessary power and authority, subject

to appropriate provision of the statutes, to promulgate administrative regula tions and

institute such programs as are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this

chapter.
