KRS 186A.205: Clerk to enter lien assignment into system.

Where this section sits in the code

Whenever a security interest is assigned as provided by KRS 186.045(4), the county clerk

shall enter the record of lien assignment into the system of record established under KRS

186A.195 in the manner directed by the Department of Vehicle Regulation.
