KRS 186A.287: Use of automated motor vehicle information system for titling and

registration restricted to county clerks and Transportation Cabinet.

(1) The ability to use the automated motor vehicle information system to carry out the

functions of titling and r egistration of motor vehicles shall be restricted to county

clerks and the Transportation Cabinet.

(2) Any other access granted to the automated motor vehicle information system shall

be for informational purposes only.
