KRS 188.070: Application of process provisions to resident becoming nonresident.

The provisions of KRS 188.010 to 188.060 shall apply to any operator or owner of any

motor vehicle who is a resident of this state at the time any accident or collision or

damage occurs and who thereafter becomes a nonresident.
