KRS 189.396: Enforcement of traffic regulations on off -street parking facilities offered

for public use.

All law enforcement officials shall enforce the traffic regulations contained in KRS

Chapter 189 on off-street parking facilities offered for public use, excep t for-hire parking

facilities listed in KRS 189.700.
