KRS 189.590: Coroners to report deaths.

Every coroner or other official performing a coroner's functions shall, on or before the

tenth day of each month, report in writing to the State Police the death of any person

occurring within his county during the preceding calendar month as the result of an

accident involving a motor vehicle, and the circumstances of the accident.
