KRS 189A.130: Assessment of fines -- Response to nonpayment.

Fines levied pursuant to this chapter shall be assessed in the manner required by

KRS 534.020 (but in amounts consistent with this chapter) and the response to

nonpayment of fines shall be governed by KRS 534.020 and 534.060.
