KRS 189A.300: Provision of alcohol test instruments to counties.

The Commonwealth shall provide at least one (1) breath alcohol analysis and simulating

unit for each county, paid for by state funds received pursuant to the service fee levied in

KRS 189A.050. All units shall be approved by the secretary of the Justice an d Public

Safety Cabinet or his or her designee.
