KRS 18A.040: Compliance with federal standards.

The board and the secretary shall see that rules, regulations and practices meeting federal

merit system standards shall, where such standards apply as a prerequisite for federal

grants-in-aid, be in effect continuously, notwithstanding any other provision of KRS

18A.005 to 18A.200.
