KRS 18A.085: Removal of board members by Governor -- Appeal.

(1) Members of the board may be removed by the Governor for cause after being given

a copy of charges against them and an opportunity for an administrative hearing to

be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.

(2) Any member of the board removed by the G overnor may appeal the Governor's

final order removing him from the board to the Franklin Circuit Court in

accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
