KRS 18A.2253: Self-insurance for area development district employees.

Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS 18A.225, the area development districts may

jointly establish an employee benefit fund to provide for self -insurance of all risks in the

provision of benefits for district employees comparable to those that may be paid under a

policy or contract procured by the secretary of Finance and Administration Cabinet as

provided in KRS 18A.225(2).
