KRS 18A.350: Definition of employee.

As used in KRS 18A.355 "employee" means any officer or employee of the executive

branch of government. The provisions of KRS 18A.355 do not apply to employees of the

General Assembly, the Legislative Research Commission, or the Court of Justice, or to

any constitutional officer.
