KRS 190.020: Commission to issue licenses and supervise licensees.

The commission shall, under administrative regulations promulgated by it, issue the

licenses provided for by KRS 190.010 to 190.080 and shall have supervision over the

licensees thereunder in respect to all the provisions of KRS 190.010 to 190.080.
