KRS 190.350: Unauthorized recyclers prohibited.

A person shall not operate or cause to be operated any automobile, vehicle, or machinery

recycler, or material recycler establishment or place of business which is situated closer

than one thousand (1,000) feet from the right -of-way line of any road unless a license for

the operation has been obtained from the commission. The operation of any automobile,

vehicle, or machinery recycler, or material recycler establishment or place of business so

situated without a license is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
