KRS 190.991: Penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 186.695 shall be guilty of a

misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding

five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or

both.
