KRS 194.240: Funds, assets, obligations, and resources transferred to cabinet.

All funds, credits, assets, appropriations, outstanding obligations, personnel, equipment,

wards, any and all resources or other tangible property, and any business or other matter

undertaken or vested in the Department of Child Welfare, the Department of Economic

Security, the Department of Health, the Department of Mental Health, the Commission

on Aging, the Commission on Children and Youth, the Commission for Handicapped

Children, the Office of Economic Opportunity, the Division of Disability Determinati on

of the Department of Education, and the Employment Agency Licensure Program of the

Department of Labor are hereby transferred to and vested in the cabinet.
