KRS 194A.058: Out-of-home care program fund.

(1) There is hereby established in the State Treasury a restricted fund to be known as

the out-of-home care program fund.

(2) The fund shall consist of moneys received from donations, grants, gifts, state

appropriations, and federal funds.

(3) The fund shall be administered by the Department for Community Based Services.

(4) Moneys in the fund shall remain in the fund until appropriated by the General

Assembly.

(5) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal

year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
