KRS 194A.160: Alternates or representatives for boards, commissions, and similar

bodies.

The secretary and other state officials with the approval of the secretary may designate

alternatives or representatives to serve in their capacity as members of all boards,

commissions, councils, institutes, and other similar bodies within or attached to the

cabinet. The secretary or the secretary's designee shall be an ex officio member of all

boards, committees, councils, institutes, and other similar bodies within or attached to the

cabinet.
