KRS 196.097: Department of Corrections to update database within thirty days of receipt

of information from certain levels.

The Department of Corrections shall update their own database within thirty (30) days of

receipt of information. The update shall include information from the:

(1) Offender level;

(2) Institutional level; and

(3) Informational and evaluational level.
