KRS 198B.280: Exemption for temporary change.

Any proposed change of occupancy to a more restrictive classification, for temporary

purposes only, shall not be required to comply with this chapter if prior approval for such

use is obtained pursuant to KRS 227.300 and the regulations adopted thereunder.
