KRS 198B.4029: Construction of KRS 198B.400 to 198B.540.

The provisions of KRS 198B.400 to 198B.540 shall not be construed to relieve or lessen

the responsibility or liability of any person, partnership, or corporation owning, operating,

controlling, maintaining, erecting, constructing, installing, altering, ins pecting, testing, or

repairing any elevator, fixed guideway system, or other related mechanisms for damages

to person or property caused by any specifically related defect.
