KRS 2.234: ALS Awareness Day.

(1) February 21 of each year is designated as "ALS Awareness Day" throughout the

Commonwealth.

(2) The Governor shall proclaim February 21 of each year as "ALS Awareness Day"

and shall encourage Kentuckians to support research into effective treatments and

an eventual cure.
