KRS 200.045: Renumbered as 45.235, effective 1948.

Note: 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 236 created three new sections of the statutes, reading exactly

the same, to be numbered KRS 200.045, 205.045, and 207.085. These three sections

were consolidated into one, and codified as KRS 45.235, effective 1948.
