KRS 200.668: Identification of eligible infants and toddlers.

The cabinet shall attempt to identify all infants and toddlers eligible for Kentucky Early

Intervention System services through implementation of an aggressive child find effort to

be coordinated with the child find efforts of the Department of Education a s set forth in

administrative regulations promulgated pursuant to KRS 156.070, 156.160, 157.220,

157.260, 167.015, and KRS Chapter 13A.
