KRS 201.010: Definitions.

Where this section sits in the code

As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Home" means the institution to be established and maintained in any county having

a city of the first class, in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.

(2) "Board" means the body created by KRS 201.020.
